Ask A Counsellor

We know people who are neurodivergent can struggle to find the right help and support.

By using our "Ask A Counsellor" service below, your query will be reviewed by a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) with specialist experience in working with people who are neurodivergent. We can respond to any query that in some way relates to struggles you might have related to neurodiversity.​​

  2. We may use parts of your question and/or the answer we give, entirely anonymised, on our website to help other people who are also struggling.
