As part of our work, we campaign on a local and national basis on issues affecting the people who use our services: neurodivergent people who are struggling with their mental health.

We'll soon be launching our first national campaign:

Healthcare for every mind: neurodivergent patients deserve better

Neurodivergent people, including those with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions, often experience hospital environments as overwhelming and distressing. The glaring lights, constant noise, and lack of clear communication can increase anxiety and sensory overload.

At neurobetter, we are calling on all NHS Trusts to take action to ensure that neurodivergent patients receive the care and understanding they deserve. It's time for hospitals to recognise that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work.
